Refund Policy

Considering the digital nature of the Products (activation codes) marketed and sold through the Website, all sales of digital codes are final and non-refundable. Once the Product (activation code) has been purchased, the Customer is not entitled to a refund, regardless of whether the code has been viewed, used, or activated.

Please note that Livecards.me is unable to verify if the Product has been used after purchase. Therefore, in accordance with applicable law, the Customer acknowledges and agrees that they waive their right to withdrawal and any refund upon the purchase of the Product (activation code). Refund requests are not applicable to digital codes under any circumstances, except in cases where:

Complaints

If Customers believe their rights have been violated based on the Livecards.me Services provided in Terms and Conditions and/or Privacy Policy, they have the right to file a complaint. Livecards.me aims to resolve complaints within 14 (fourteen) days after receiving them.
